Indian Valley Theatre is a community theater troupe serving the entire Fox Valley area from our headquarters in the Sandwich Opera House. Formed in 1983, Indian Valley Theatre members today provide quality, family-oriented plays, musicals and children’s theater productions featuring local and regional talent. Our door is always open to new members, no matter their experience level.

For the past 40 years Indian Valley Theatre has produced an annual favorite “melodrama” performed during the Sandwich Fair.

As the resident theater company of the Sandwich Opera House, Indian Valley Theatre members are proud to share in the maintenance and preservation of this local treasure, as well as perform on its stage.

Three shows a year are scheduled in the Opera House, with one at least providing opportunity for children to experience the wonder of the performing arts. A children’s workshop is typically scheduled in the spring. In addition, IVT is proud to offer the annual “The Mimi Bryan memorial IVT Scholarship” to area graduating seniors.
